Cupping/Myofascial decompression

Myofascial Decompression (MFD) is a connective tissue/movement-based manual therapy technique that treats problems with muscles, fascia, and scar tissue. MFD uses negative pressure tools and Western medicine-based movement concepts to effectively treat orthopedic and sports injuries, contractures, postural dysfunctions, post-operative recovery, and scar mobilization.

Ultrasound / Interferential Therapy

Therapeutic Ultrasound is a method of stimulating tissue beneath the  skin’s surface using sound waves. It is a very high frequency massage  that penetrates deep below the surface of your skin.
Interferential treatment has grown in the last 10 years to the point  where it is now considered the most widely used type of electrotherapy  treatment. Two currents pass through a crossing point to treat muscle  pain and sports injuries.

By affecting pain message transmission at the spinal cord level, it can relieve muscle spasm and stimulate circulation.
